I finally got my hair done. Yesssss i did!! wooo hooo finally it was about time that I did it. Im so happy because it looks fabulous and I feel so much prettier than how it used to look like.

This is the evidence i've gathered of my husband working so hard. Doesn't he look like such a cute construction worker. Well he truly is. I love how cute he looks. Lately i've been telling him, "I love it when your face gets sunburned because they get rosey red." Its too cute !
HE seriously does it all, he fixes everything and works so hard for our families. He's amazing in every way and I'm so thankful for his sweetness. GOod job CHRIS! I'll post the finishing look on the shed in a couple days.

Weekend funtivities

Saturday.
As I have previously mentioned my husband is currently working on a huge project. He is making a huge 12x12 shed and its about 8 feet tall, or maybe taller? I couldn't be any prouder of him. He has put so much time and effort into it. On top of that he is still working almost 50 hour weeks and then when he gets off or before work he tries to work on the shed. He started building it on Saturday and unfortunately I had a freak accident to hurt my foot and I couldnt help out. I still tried to make sure my babe had enough water to keep himself hydrated throughout the entire day. That's all I could do because I've been limping around with a bruised foot. It's pretty funny but I just want my foot to be back to normal so I can run on it again.

Thats what took up most of our Saturday, we got to visit and hang out at the in-laws house. We had lunch and I tried helping a little with their reorginazing that they were doing in the house. I wasn't much help because I was in and out. I had to go meet with a girl about photography, give my painter friend a ride, get stuff at the store, and just errands of that type. Next thing I know it's almost 6 and we're sitting down watching TV with Mama Sharon and Mandi(Sis-in-law) We got to visit and talk about some pretty interesting stories. I had a blast being with them. They are so easy to talk to and for me to get along with. After hanging out with my in-laws I went to my parents so that I could visit with them while Chris had to finish doing some things and clean up.
Once I got to my parents everyone in the house was watching the soccer game MEXICO vs. USA. So of course I had to sit down and watch it with them. It was an awesome game, Mexico won and it was so much fun to watch. After the game we called some family from Mexico. The rest of the night I spent it SWIMMING next to my family. It was the perfect weather to swim in, and the wate was at the perfect temperature. I had a blast. BY the time we got out we were exhausted and went home so that we could go straight to bed.

Sunday.
My poor hubby wasnt feeling too great, I guess 13 hours in the hot sun didnt do hi body good. So I made sure and gave him a good massage and take care of him. Next thing we know we had to get ready for church. We were late but the most important part was that we made it to nursery because no one else that serves with us was able to help us. Luckily we have awesome kids in the nursery that are good to us. I absolutely love our calling. It's so much fun. Let's put it this way, Chris and I get to play for 2 hours on Sunday. We have play time, singing time, lesson, snack time, bubble time, and then we get to return our kids back to their parents. It's the best calling I've ever had. I am thankful for how smart, and sweet children are. They teach me more than we could ever teach them.
After church we made lunch, and took one of the hottest naps I've ever had. LOL but it was nice and then we made some delicious Ribs for my family for dinner. The dinner was a huge hit and we almost ate everything we made. The rest of the evening we got to visit, play games, and watch movies.

My weekend was perfect. It was very busy but I had a lot of fun. We are always doing fun things and constantly serving others. I am excited for next weekend even though it's only Wednesday. Can you believe it's been a year since Chris asked me to marry him? Well that's what we'll be celebrating this weekend. We are thinking of going to Cheesacake factory or Red Lobster.. Hmmm where should we go??

Trust me on this one

I am very happy that Chris and I got to go watch a movie last night.
It was a very nice much needed date. Poor baby he's been working
so hard on trying to finish my in-laws shed. He is such a hard worker.

The move we watched is about the Pioneers from the mormon church.
I must say that I highly recommend the movie 17 Miracles. It is
the best movie I've seen in a really long time. I loved it and it made
me realize how fortunate we are to be members of the church and not
have to go through all the hardships they had to go through. It
was such a beautiuful movie, Chris and I both thought it was
well worth our money.

Just remember to bring your Klenex if you want something to wipe
your tears with.
Go see it before it's not on theaters anymore.
I promise you'll love it.

RANDOMNESS

Here are some of the random thoughts I have in my head this day. I want to just write them down somwhere but I dont know where. And just because I love typing so much I want to just type them up on the computer. So why not my blog?


1. Dont call someone fat- specially if they don't ask for your opinion. You dont know if the other person receiving it is feeling down beause of it or is actually trying really hard to loose weight. (Just an observation from people watching)If you are asked however try to be as nice as possible or dont be so blunt. GIrls are sensative.


2. I hate it how people you have known for sometime loose contact with you and then out of nowhere whenever they decide they need you they call you or respond to you? I dont like it when people dont respond when I really really need them. So I am done being the person who is always trying to stay on top of all my friends and trying to serve their every need.


3. Money doesnt buy happiness- so quit lying to yourself. Happiness comes from within. Learn to be happy because it makes everything go so much smoother.


4. Always put your family and yourself first. It's the way to a happy way of living. If you put it before work, your own free time you will be blessed. I have realized this more and more as I grow older and now that Im married.


5. Pray pray and Pray. When you need an answer just keep praying. Get on your knees and plead to your heavenly father. This year i've gotten so many answers I am sooooo impressed and touched.


6. Just when things get harder keep pushing because after every storm you can always see a rainbow when its all over. Its amazing Satan wants you to break down and give up but dont! If you dont let him win he wont.


7. Love all those around you. Lifes too short to start drama . You dont know how much longer you have or they have. SO always be loving and kind.


8. If you have a problem or a heavy weight on your shoulders take care of it right away or else it will only get heavier and only keep bothering you. Once you knock things down one step at time your burdens will go away.


9. I always say to myself I have to be a better person than yesterday. Try it it will really make you open your eyes and make your life worth so much more.


10. No one is perfect- just accept it and work at it.
Specially me, Im trying though and I want to just
live a good life and serve others along the
way.

I did it!

I went to the Temple again early in the AM with my mom! I am so happy that I got to go. Specially since I didn't even hesitate to get up at five- go me!

I am so happy that i have the oppourtunity to live about 10 minutes from the Temple. The more I think about it the more I become thankful for this. The Mesa Temple is so beautiful inside and out. I love going in there and then putting some names that I think need extra prayers. I feel so proud and I know my testimony keeps growing because of it.

I am so happy I got married in the Temple and I know I am sealed to my husband as long as we both are faithful to each other. There's no money in the world that could give you eternal happiness.


On a side note - TODAY IS HOT HOT! I am going to the gym later and then Im going swimming with my family. I can't wait. Right now is the perfect swim weather. Specially the night times. If you dont have a pool, Im sorrrry hopefully you know someone that does because thats the only way to survive summers here. We w
ill be getting our pool fixed next year :) SO by next summer we are getting our pool redone. I cant wait. We can't do it this year unfortunately because there's no way we could afford it.

It got better.

Last night my night ended up much better than I thought. It was one of those perfect quiet nights. I came home and beat Chris so I finished dishes and did some things I needed to do. Once he got home we talked about some business we need to take care of and he comforted me and talked about our possible options. We still have a little research but we have mainly come to a conclusion on what we need to do. I am a funny person sometimes. If you know me you know that I like to worry too much. I wouldn't say a lot but I worry. I'm a worrier. I worry about everyone around me. Sometimes I think I worry more about others than myself. I know that's not good but Im getting better at it.
After we talked for some time, we had some delicious dinner. We had some bomb ribs with potatoes and corn! It was perfect and I still have some left overs I plan on having once I get home. And I must confess Chris was being really silly last night. He was making me laugh because we had Itunes on and he was singing and dancing. He's too cute ! Then I was changing the songs and he grabs my hand and we slow danced. Just the two of us. It was a perfect memory. I love good nights like last night. He is such a sweetie and made my day 100% better.

Get this:
I have to get a million things done to my teeth and I am not a happy camper. It's going to cost a grip. I went to get X-rayed and I got back pretty bad news. Im bummed, sad, and stressed.
I seriously almost cried to the dental assistant. I am so thankful that she was so nice because that made me feel so much better. I am so glad that I went there because they all treated me super nice and it felt right.

Anyways I have to get so much dental work and Im feeling so sad about it. On top of that I am PMSING!!!!!!!!
Sorry if its TMI but is my blog.

I need some chocolate.

Lets hope this week gets better. At least i get to go home to my adorable husband.

Buddy loves the water

It's so cute to watch him jump in and out of the water. He is like a merman dog. You should see how adorable he is. He is so outdoorsy and behaved perfect on the trip. He did get into a little mischief but I expected that. He is a beautiful dog, and I'm glad we took him. I cant wait to take him again.
