Almost half-way

 

 

 

 

Hello there.

Can you believe it's almost June??

Dang it, and I've only blogged seven times!!!

Woops so much for my goal of trying to be better at blogging.

I failed.

 

 

Oh well guess I will make up for it in the 6 1/2 months I have

left. So if I blow up your blog newsfeed, I'm sorry. Not really ; )

Anyways I am in a typing/writing mood. I could be sleeping but I can't

right now. It stinks because I get insomnia in the most inconvenient times.

 

I guess I will update you on life.

November came and went

A lot of fun things happened in the month of November and I think it went too fast!

First off it was our anniversary on November 5th. I couldn't believe how fast the year went, it has been the best year I've shared with anyone. We had a pretty relaxing night and we weren't able to do too much since we both have been super busy and just wanted to relax. Chris worked all day! Poor guy he's been working so hard to try to get his own business started besides his QT job. :) He makes me such a proud wife. Anyways so I had been preparing his surprise all day! I had been finishin my hearts I was making so that I could heart attack the entire house. Then, I wrote on a hundred big hearts a hundred reasons why I love chris so much. I had so much fun with this idea. I think its easy to come up with the first 50 reasons then I just had to take a moment to think, but once I got in a rhythym I went superfast and finished them all. I also made him a poster that I painted myself. I was very happy with the end result I felt like this gift among with other things that I did came from my heart and I had to think them out and plan ahead.
By the time we went out for dinner we decided to go to Chipotle since I know I would love their burritos even though I've been super picky with this pregnancy. So we went out to the one out by superstition springs and then we went and got some delicious Kripy Kremes. After dinner we drove around to saguaro lake and got to have a really nice conversation while driving around. I was so thankful that we both had the night off and were able to spend it with each other. We had such an enjoyable night, it was so relaxing and beautiful. I honestly can't believe how fast a year goes by. I am so happy with my eternal companion and even though I know we're both not perfect we have grown to love each others imperfections and love each other for who we are. True love is amazing once you find it and then work hard to maintain it.

I truly couldn't have found a better eternal companion, I love him so much.

Best nine months I've ever lived.

I am so excited to get a couples massage tomorrow and then a resort next weekend to celebrate our birthdays.

Weekend funtivities

Saturday.
As I have previously mentioned my husband is currently working on a huge project. He is making a huge 12x12 shed and its about 8 feet tall, or maybe taller? I couldn't be any prouder of him. He has put so much time and effort into it. On top of that he is still working almost 50 hour weeks and then when he gets off or before work he tries to work on the shed. He started building it on Saturday and unfortunately I had a freak accident to hurt my foot and I couldnt help out. I still tried to make sure my babe had enough water to keep himself hydrated throughout the entire day. That's all I could do because I've been limping around with a bruised foot. It's pretty funny but I just want my foot to be back to normal so I can run on it again.

Thats what took up most of our Saturday, we got to visit and hang out at the in-laws house. We had lunch and I tried helping a little with their reorginazing that they were doing in the house. I wasn't much help because I was in and out. I had to go meet with a girl about photography, give my painter friend a ride, get stuff at the store, and just errands of that type. Next thing I know it's almost 6 and we're sitting down watching TV with Mama Sharon and Mandi(Sis-in-law) We got to visit and talk about some pretty interesting stories. I had a blast being with them. They are so easy to talk to and for me to get along with. After hanging out with my in-laws I went to my parents so that I could visit with them while Chris had to finish doing some things and clean up.
Once I got to my parents everyone in the house was watching the soccer game MEXICO vs. USA. So of course I had to sit down and watch it with them. It was an awesome game, Mexico won and it was so much fun to watch. After the game we called some family from Mexico. The rest of the night I spent it SWIMMING next to my family. It was the perfect weather to swim in, and the wate was at the perfect temperature. I had a blast. BY the time we got out we were exhausted and went home so that we could go straight to bed.

Sunday.
My poor hubby wasnt feeling too great, I guess 13 hours in the hot sun didnt do hi body good. So I made sure and gave him a good massage and take care of him. Next thing we know we had to get ready for church. We were late but the most important part was that we made it to nursery because no one else that serves with us was able to help us. Luckily we have awesome kids in the nursery that are good to us. I absolutely love our calling. It's so much fun. Let's put it this way, Chris and I get to play for 2 hours on Sunday. We have play time, singing time, lesson, snack time, bubble time, and then we get to return our kids back to their parents. It's the best calling I've ever had. I am thankful for how smart, and sweet children are. They teach me more than we could ever teach them.
After church we made lunch, and took one of the hottest naps I've ever had. LOL but it was nice and then we made some delicious Ribs for my family for dinner. The dinner was a huge hit and we almost ate everything we made. The rest of the evening we got to visit, play games, and watch movies.

My weekend was perfect. It was very busy but I had a lot of fun. We are always doing fun things and constantly serving others. I am excited for next weekend even though it's only Wednesday. Can you believe it's been a year since Chris asked me to marry him? Well that's what we'll be celebrating this weekend. We are thinking of going to Cheesacake factory or Red Lobster.. Hmmm where should we go??

Year recap

It has been a year since I started dating my

Can you believe it?

Its been five months since I got married to my
best friend. I cant believe how fast time goes.
We have had some really good times and have learned
so much more about each other- the good with the bad
but all in all he proves it to me every day , that he
loves me and helps me see that I am beautiful and
that someone is always thinking of me. He amazes me.
I am so lucky to have him, I'm so excited to go out
and celebrate tonight. We need to go out tonight,
just the two of us.
It just seems like we spend all of our free time
together but we seem to be sharing it with everyone around
us, which isn't a bad thing but sometimes we need couple
time.
I am so excited to go on a hot date tonight.
He makes me so happy!!!
Oh and I surprised him with two love letters in the house
with all the laundry put away, everything picked up, and made
the bed really pretty.
I am so in love with Chris, he is my true love. I am so happy
I found him and we started dating about 11 months ago.
These truly ave been the best five months of my life.
I love Chris he rocks my world..
Chris has been saying and sending me the sweetest
text lately. He's so adorable and I can't wait to bring
children into the world together.
I am so happy .
Love the people around you- Always!
Even when you are having a tough time, remember
not to take it out on the people the mean the most to
you. Hold them close and treat them better than how you
want to be treated.
Don't take life for granted you never know what the future
has in store but the only thing you have control over is your
reaction and how you solve things so be wise and think before
you act.
